NSS Opening in Sheversport LA

What happen to the rep from this area. was it a guy or girl NSS that left

 

I'm not sure who left or why they left. They may have been tired of being micromanaged. Otsuka has really started to micromanage something fierce. The more BMS people they bring on, the more they micromanage. BMS is now starting to not micromanage as much and now Otsuka is taking the cake for micromanaging. They will lose a lot of people if they continue to do this. It's really out of control lately, and it's far worse than when I started years ago. Otsuka used to be a great place to work. Now...not so much. I'd look elsewhere.

 

CHECK TO SEE IF THAT MGR. MICROMANAGES LIKE MINE DOES. DON'T TAKE IT IF SHE/HE DOES.
