who is to blame for the f*cked up quotas?

    I know they will blame JS but he is gone. I say it was all sales mgmt they allowed us in the field to fail

    Definitely Skip! He took the podium in Orlando and promised us all good years due to "favorable quotas". It was under his watch that quotas were derived.

    The fiscal year is almost and you're bitching now? Seems a little too late to be complaining about FY11. Nothing they can or will do now (not that they could or would have done anything earlier).

    So you really thought 2 months before the close of the fiscal year they would magically change your quota? You're as stupid as you're classless response.

    I have a suggestion for you, send your same question to your manager, AVP, Lori, Skip and Brian Hanson and see if you get a different answer. Bet not.
