Nice Try. One of the oldest tricks in the books is to say that its management giving positive responses. The numbers speak for themselves. The company is more than fair and every quarter there are reps making 10K plus in bonus, and not just a couple of reps like many of the poster here would love for you to believe. Not to mention the chance of a 3000 or 5000 increase in salary every quarter. The average rep last year made 65K and there were top reps that I know who made 90k plus, I think the top 4 reps made over 100k last year. Not bad for a small pharma with a low base pay. Here is the skinney, if your looking for a free lunch, this is not the place. You have to work at this job! However, if your willing to work and you can sell than you will do very well.

He'll tell you the key is:
1. pay doctors to write scripts (preceptorships)
2. take doctors to an Astros ball games (round table events)
He's got so many other GREAT ideas!
