Just got off a call where the cuts have been discussed. Indications are that all reps significantly below plan are gone. Those that fall into the next bucket will be put on plans. Each RM will have to justify each reps upside if below plan at year end.
Do you spend all day dreaming these things up? Do you think the Covidien reps will see your ficticious post and run screaming into the streets? "Just got off of a call". Sure you did.
With the disaster that has been manufacturing, as well as the absurd compensation plan...if representation is blamed, it is further proof of how distorted upper management remains. Not to mention, why would any reps voluntarily stay when they cannot hit their quota?
