Benefits at CSL

I am considering a position with CSL @ corporate. Can you shed some light on the benefits that are not part of the standard benefit description.
Maternity leave? Paid?
Vacation (do you get more days with seniority?)
health insurance (how steep are the monthly premiums?)

any other advise?
