I have an interview for a associate rep for Arthrex. I have experience selling ortho implants for a big 5 but looking to make a move. Any input on how they may interview or what they expect. I know this is a generalized question but your experiences and input is appreciated. THANKS!
First off, Arthrex doesn't have direct reps.....they work through distributors only. You won't be an employee of Arthrex. Pay etc varies from distributor to distributor.

that is so wrong! i worked for a distributor and i had an interview with the owner and a half day in field with rep and got offered the job. arthrex corporate has no say, nor do they care, in who the distributor hires. since they cut the commissions 2 yrs ago a lot of the good reps have left and moved on. my old distributor has been hiring people who are desperate to get into device and paying them $40K/yr. pretty pathetic for what used to be a long term job, now its just a stepping stone.
