Doesn't anyone else see what this means? Downsize is coming! They do not want to pay out $$ for unused vacation! They want you to take it off instead of pay! The writing is on the wall. If your resume isn't updated and with recruiters YET, you're a fool!!
Have another gulp of the ISTA kool-aid! If you do not believe layoffs are coming you are living in a dream land! East trial will more than likely fail too. All of the nonsense about why the West trial is crap. Every company gears studies to succeed, I'm sure ISTA thought it would be positive results...NOT!! There is nothing left.....generic xibrom will take your share and you will be screwed!
