Bachelors degree in a scientific or other relevant discipline, or equivalent experience/training
Advanced degree (e.g. MD, PhD, JD, PharmD) preferred
    Regulatory Affairs Certificate (RAC) desirable
At least 10 years of regulatory experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry; including at least 7 years of management experience

Above ar esome of the requirements.Realize that the other directirs do not have a degree and if so majored in gymnastics.
the work experience is at a manaager level.

Just letting you know the company you will keep.

Oh yeah the department is dysfunctional

you sound like you are kidding about the gymnastics, but let me be clear, this is not a joke. She has an associate degree in "exersize science". And this is what it takes to be a Director.

    EPIC FAIL

The next to the most useless group, QA, should audit the CVs of regulatory, the most useless group. Lilly recevied a 483 becasue people in positions were not qualified

OGK is head of regulatory no experience outside the company. Has limited insight on how the agency works. Thinks he can argue his way to an approval.

ML: knows CMC well. stuck in a difficult place

AA and SL (eyes open but no one home) Anyone's guess why these 2 are directors. For Exenatide at least there is Lilly for the real strategy. Obvious neither of these 2 can make a decision, and it is clear OGK has instructed them not to make a decision.

RC,RR,WD all knowledgeable in their area
HN psychopath, Amylin not able to get rid of him so they keep him separated from significant projects
KT: psychopath and back stabber does not know what she does not know

Bottom line unless you have no other choices do not come to Amylin

This is true OGK likes weak people.
KT learned everything from HY, he is the worse of the two, both nothing more than project managers, both psychopaths

OGK wants yes men/women. The company goes on about compliance and how the patient is the most important, but we end up doing OGK wants right or wrong. If you have other options stay away. Very frustrating in the company
