Change the leadership, change the culture. Get rid of the remaining Altus "ass kissers" and bring in new blood. We need people who will lead by example, not cheap back stabbing talk.
Sounds like change is needed in the company culture. How are the benefits? Is management flexible (work from home etc.)?
