National Meeting Cancelled?

Which two quit now? Its hard to keep track of all the new people.

 

Northeast rep and midwest rep.

What the f are we having a national meeting for? Will they wheel out a cardboard box again to show us future products? ahahahhahahhahahhaahhahahhaha

 

where in midwest? last check my old territory has had 6 different haemo reps since i left. Is it now seven?

 

hahahahaha. every territory except a few have had at least 4 reps in them and some like the mid west have had more.

 

Thoughts on the meeting? It was a complete shit show.

 

Typical Haemo meeting. Every meeting I've EVER been to with this assholes has been a complete waste of time!!

 

Great motivational meeting! With all the skills I learned the last week I am more confident than ever that I can blow out my unbelievably modest quota this year! I may even be able to quit my second job.

What is with all these Boston Sci people coming on-board? They must have got huge packages to join this dump. I bet they all leave after 1 year of realizing that they were sold a bill of goods.

 

Ladiesand Gentelemen of Haemo, were you all aware that Tom was also downsized from his previous company? What is amazing is he did the same thing to you guys that he experienced. This should prove to you all who are still drinking the fucking kool aid that this guy has no guilt whatsoever about "restructuring" people. One would think that after that expereince happened to him, he would not want to administer the same action on other employees. But no! So, for all of you who are still there, get out fast. I just saw on MedReps.com for a HAEMO position in Memphis, TN and it was projected to make $80K your first year. Is that hillarious or what? Pharmaceutical sales will pay yoiu more than Haemo now so get out fast. Good luck everyone. I was restructures along with everyone else and have doubled my income, so in retrospect it was best. I actually think you can make more money stocking shelves at Wal Mart than at Haemo now? Do you guys think Sherre Z and John G are still seeing each other since they got let go???????

 

Wow what a dick slapping HAE stock took today. Down 10%! Its about time the market and investors realized this company was pulling the wool over everyones eyes and it came back down to earth.

And this surprises you? They will never be able to retain top talent with the comp structure.

They never have, look how many top people have left over the years. A company that believes their product is superior to their people. It should be another interesting year chasing that quota.

The number 1 rep from this past year. again every year can't retain the number 1 rep. What does that say?

 

Get that top ranking, throw it on the resume and get the fuck out of here and into a position where you can make money and have a career or at least a shot to do well, prove yourself and maybe get promoted if that is something you want. Haemo has a long history of turnover and I honestly dont think they care. If they did they would have tried to correct it years ago. Now they are taking base salary away from the reps they are basically telling the reps to fuck off and leave if you want. Truly sad because this could be a great company.

 

Yep. It could have been. I believe that this company solely exists to keep its executive team rich. It is all about the stock. Nothing else. No one gives a crap about any of these products, only the stock price. Don't believe me? Look at the insider transactions.
