Hello- I am an EX dvmr inside rep. Their main problem is their management!!! They are the worst company I have ever worked for. I didn't work there for long, and that is a great thing! The management "team" is non existent, and bully's their employees. It was the most miserable group/environment I have ever seen or worked with. They have some good people there, but the company sucks! During the time I was there, and I am from a very professional background, they made the worst business decisions I have ever seen! It floored me at times. I even sent an anonymous letter through the mail, to the "boss", Mark Middleton ( I would have normally addressed something like this in a face-to-face meeting, but I'd been fired!) telling him about how low the morale was, and it was more about facts, not bitching... Well, he told everyone in a meeting after getting the letter, that if anyone didn't like their job to just leave! Any company that has any intelligence in their management, would have been concerned about such a low morale with its employees (most of them are looking for other jobs consistently), and the management problems addressed in my letter. DVMR has MAJOR problems, and being a part of Walco and going public will not help them at all. By all means, do not even think of applying for a job there, unless you want to stunt your career growth.

IMO Middleton is an idiot. I spoke with him at a show, in front of my boss and one of his reps. I had discussed the converstaion with both prior to Mark joining us. We then all sat there and watched him lie to my face about something all of us knew to be fact.

The guy is so stupid, that after I had tactfully pointed out that 'there must have been some confusion on somebodys part' (trying to throw him a friggin' bone) he pushed forward with his litany of untruths.

His rep was looking at me like 'I know he's a moron, but I gotta eat' and my boss could barely hide his smile.

    Classic.
