Howie leaves who cares. He could not communicate or relate with my left pinky.

Time to celebrate. One less boat anchor to weigh down the new company.

I wonder when the executive assistants will be dismissed now that there aren't any executives to assist. Ordering sandwiches and pizza is not worth a $50K/year salary.

Unfair, and low blow - the EA's have worked harder than anyone in the company to keep the assembly line moving, and have earned every penny of the small salaries they received.
They took "stuff" every day from the vain and selfish little tyrants who ran this place till now, and there is no reason whatsoever for you to dish any more "stuff" on them. Hard workers, creative, cheerful, and supportive, 'round the clock.

Look, the ogres are gone, and with them maybe a million and half in payouts and severance from a $7m sale. Is that fair? - where is your complaint about that?
We have every chance of success if we stick together - leave the little people and thier hard-earned wages alone and get on with business - they've stuck with you through thick and thin and you should do the same for them.

With CS and PH gone, who is running the show at what's left of the branch?

First off let's not pick on the admins. Why they are posting on Cafe Pharma mid morning is entirely a different issue? Now who is running the show- no one in Horsham; that is for sure.

Leave the admins alone, when I was at TRx they were the only pleasant people in the place.

I'm SHOCKED that someone would pick on any one of those admins. I worked there for 3 years (until about 4 years ago) and let me tell you--the TargetRx admins were exceptionally nice and hardworking women--some of the kindest you'll ever meet! They worked for EVERY penny and much more than that, even. So, enough with that nonsense!

I'm not an admin posting, they would not do that midday, as they are heads down on thier job. I'm a mid-level person rallying to thier defense, who has benefited from thier hard work, attention to detail, great personal kindness and generosity for many years, and could not imagine work life without it

Face it guys, they did thier best (as did we all) working for a pack of thieves, and they always got the worst of it, with less latitude to bitch about it because of thier role. Show them the respect they deserve and pick on the appropriate targets - the ones running out the door with thier wallets bulging with both the admin's bonuses, and all of yours

Who knows, maybe you'll get a hug as they wait for the elevator!

TargetRx admins have always been incredibly supportive. Stop with the venom, pecker.

Agree with all comments on administrative support. ENOUGH!

Let's crap on Howie and Scott! And the sales generating team. Or the lack there of sales rejection team. How did you get the boot from BMS and Amgen in the year of sale? Can you spell shameful?

For the past year, all PH ever seem to do was promote his book. That's getting all his old mentors, collegues, buddies in "high places" - all to write reviews on his book. New Product Development, my a--. Basically the same old products with different ribbons and bows.
Looking back, SS should have been given anything he wanted since his sales and contacts basically kept the company floating. Once he left, the little troll DD with the bad jokes, "impressive" Rolodex of contacts (where no one will return his calls), and ill-fitting suits along with whats-her-name who couldn't turn on her Blackberry or PC, let alone try to send an email - dropped every contact (that includes screwing BMS), lead and then ditched the company.
Once SS left, the nosedive began. Then there was all the fanfare with these new execs - tall DD, little DD, the marketing guru and Mr Tan - they were as useful and expensive as the staircase to the third floor.

They should've dumped PH years ago. NPD = NO product development.
