about freakin' time, a consulting group that does something- fire those who nothing about running a company unless it involves a notebook, reports, conference calls (daily), webinars that go nowhere, along with quick fixes...( orthotics, kneehab, bone stim, stock and bills) If the focus would have been on what made the company, ie: CPM and had contracts in place that covered most items, it would be going strong. I say good riddance to the rah-rah BS... at meetings and conference calls and get down to the real business of selling, even though it may be too late. $21 million a year and you won't survive no matter what they tell you. Depends on how you define "operating". Do they show up every payday to collect a check? Yep. Do they occupy a cubicle? Check. Do they breathe the air and take their breaks? Sure do.
