How could anyone be sorry to hear the news about JF. He was BD's boy that had all the answers. His micro mangement style only continued the destruction of the business. CG gets the " Golden Horse Shoe Award". I have never seen a person do less and get rewarded more. The consultants should have continued with the firing of "Up-Chuck". So now you go back to a sales/operations model with a couple of people that could not sell sh_t. TA is only one who has lived this change multiple times. Wake up folks this is a dying operation.
My region was not invited on the conference call - at least not the PSRs. Was there any mention of the territories that are being dissolved? Is there a list or a list of criteria? Under $25k or maybe less? How do we find out our territories monthly number and if we are being closed down?
The only way you will know is if you get a call from someone you don't know asking you to come into the office and bring with you your Otto Bock "A", "B", "C" and "D". If you're lucky you might even get the opportunity of picking up your executor at the airport and having him possibly drive you home after you pull up your trousers and he finishes his cigarette. most territorys will stay around, little areas will be put in with larger ones and get a storage shed and small office in their area, with their depot number being eliminated there will less depots to worry about and not as many office people left to wait for the phone to ring CG knows all about this from his Pittsburgh days and Colorado, getting credit for everything there and didn't do anything, but suck ass to the higher ups and pitch a BS story How they don't see thru him is amazing, must have something on the company or some people How are those Stock and bills going?....
I left OB TO for another opportunity. Never met the man but I've been asked twice now if I recommend CG as he is actively petitioning for a position here. I've heard from others as well as on these very forums that he's aggressively pursuing ANY other job apart from OB. It's only a matter of time people - when you scatter your resume across the country you're bound to get something someday right?

There were a lot of knives stuck in a lot of peoples backs last week. From JF to all the RBM's. With all that back-stabbin' I'm surprised no one got a good look at whodunnit. It won't be long, the culprit will soon show his face. My money is on Mr. Farmington, in the library, with a candlestick.
Well, well... Given their track record should we be comforted that they are making more "business decisions"? I'm 100% certain that the only way this company will make it is to gather our best and brightest, put them in a room to devise a detailed plan on our future. Then take that plan and implement the EXACT OPPOSITE down to every minute detail.
