Hey, you don't have to be disgruntled to post...just beaten down sometimes and it's a way of getting it out. But I do admit this company has gone down tremendously! They still send out gloating emails how they sue reps that left...so unprofessional and embarrassing to be associated with Genoptix. No class!
How can you sue someone that was let go by the company? If that rep did not leave voluntarily on their own then explain how you have the right to sue them and prevent them from working elsewhere?
I would assume they violated the noncompete clause. I agree with the previous poster classless to send out company wide emails that you are suing a former employee.
Good Q: Can Genoptix sue if you get fired? I think everyone that was sued left of their own decision to date.
