Yes but when more than 50% of the TB side hit their numbers last year you know it couldn't have been that hard... I'm not saying it's going to be like that again but that's what it was last year

Good point. The first quarter was good, too. We have some good momentum going right now.

I know a lot of people hit last year, but I don't think that is going to be the case this year. At least not in the south!

What side of the bag do you have? It is not hard to hit numbers here!

Is this a good division of Pfizer to work for? Are numbers obtainable? Thanks

As with any sales job numbers and fairness of quotas vary depending on your manager, territory etc., this being said a strong sales person should be able to excel in most situations. Overall this is still a great industry to work in however the pace is very different then in human health and the actual day to day is much more interactive. Some reps who have transitioned have done extremely well while others couldn't get out fast enough. It does require creative thinking in an increasingly regimented (and human health-like) environment--something that can be extremely frustrating and may hinder us if the culture shift continues unabated. Hopefully the recent loss of some senior reps will serve as a warning that is heard by upper management...in my opinion still more interesting than human health, hands down.
