How Many open positions are there at Cryolife. the first year looks great at $225. but is that sustainable? does the management have realistic expectations with good products or ok products and unrealistic expectations?
It's a revolving door. When interviewing the "magic" number is always $200k. This number may be realistic for the Cardiac reps - not for the Vascular
The 200k is a stretch period. Just open your eyes and look at the product mix. They do not have any viable growth products. The tissue piece is limited by what is available and very specific cases. The majority of cardiac tissue is used for pediatric application. Sales on the laser were only 11 million when managed by a much more aggressive and nimble organization. Good luck.
