HR - Please Help - Serious

    I am sick to death of waking up in the morning and having a hundred emails from people all over this company including my manager. E mailing people from 8 pm til almost 2 am is out of control! Are you kidding me? What kind of a place is this? And if I don't reply to my out of control manager, she'll be on the phone by 7 am wanting to know why I didn't reply to her email yet? I'm just sick to death of this lack of consideration to employees. This better be addressed at the National Meeeting coming up in January or I am turning in my binder full of harrassing emails with documented proof of the outrageous hours these emails were sent. And nobody is guilt free! I have one string that started at 8PM and doesn't stop until 1 AM EST! 6 different people are involved including senior level people that should know better!

    I see nothing has changed. Its just a way for people to sound/seem important and make it look like they are "on it"! Kool aide drinking ass kissers. Don't let it stress you out, they do it so everyone stays stressed out and on high alert. When I worked for SM I finally decided to shut everything down @ night and didn't start it back up until I hit my office in the morni g. There is way more to life than trying to appease those that don't have one. I finally left SM because KT was so out of control, her crazy was driving me crazy. The managers don't know when to stop. Its a level of insecurity that trickles down by the ones @ the top instilling fear. I am shocked no one has filed a suit for harassment yet.

    I wouldn't expect anything to happen. TS and JW could care less...just bring in the numbers. What you can expect is more, and more, and more of the same. Enjoy!

    There is not really an HR department at Hospira. There is just a secretary promoted to fill the seat and she is good friends with the crazy manager. This has been going on for a long time. Without a true HR person there really isn't anyone to turn to.

    I received my last email from my manager at 11 pm and the first one at 7:10 this morning. This is out of control! No life managers are so sad to watch. Like anybody gives a shit lady! Paint your toenails or something! Sad.

    Nobody lasts. If they do, they lose friends, they piss off family, and they likely will be divorced in less than a year. SM has ruined many lives and more are coming soon. Thanks SM! The ES is my life, ES is my life, ES is my life, ES is my life.

    I can't go to my husbands company Christmas party because I have two events that night. Do I really have to do these damn things? I know he's fuming mad! Sick of it!

    Don't miss your husbands Christmas party! Screw SkimMedica and their problems. If you're customers are anything like mine, half of them are on credit hold! Now I have to be a bill collector? Not doing it. If we don't take the order then home office can call them and deal with it. I am a sales person, not a financial advisor or bill collector. Let's see if anybody makes their December by the 16th. My prediction is maybe 2 people.

    What is the turnover rate so far this year? What was it in 2010? How many reps will be leaving after the end of this year? I've just been hearing some things and suggest HR be prepared. Not prepared to replace reps, but prepared to address the elephant in the room! Hire more reps or continue to face high turnover rates. People are completely burned out! Wake up Carlsbad!!!

    I would really like to go to my husband's Christmas party becuase last year he went alone , got really drunk and porked a secretary. SM is ruining our marriage!

    And now you are thinking that paying us for our vacation days is a good thing? You are fucking sick. You should be insisting we take our vacation days and not make this a competition about how many vacation days we don't use and get paid for at the end of the year. I for one am totally mortified at this fucked up policy and cannot believe the senior management, Mary and Ted, would allow you to encourage such family unfriendly behavior. Fuck you SkinMedica and fuck all of you allowing such a thing to happen. You are truly the worst managers of a company to ever exist. Encourage your hard working employees to never take days off?? Thanks for everything Mary! We expected so much more from you. I hope your loved ones work for a company just like you created hear. Just pathetic decisions. Sad.

    Well well well. Somebody finally sees the truth about the poor management, including the psycho RSM's, and how family unfriendly this company is. All this work and pressure and I can barely make my number and when I do I get a couple bucks and a jacked up quota for next month, quarter, and year! Thanks SkumMedica!

    Why doesn't Skinmedica hire a professional Human Resource Manger to help cultivate a great environment for everyone to work in? The result of having no human resource professional is costly turnover and low morale.

    I think it was a great idea to post a message to HR on this website. This is a website that HR actually does pay a great deal of attention to. Because the Human Resource manager has no training in human resource management she lacks the ability to make any cultural changes. If the executive team really wanted to make changes they would start with the human resources department.
