Thoughts on DK's most loyal minions?

 

In Sweden, they were last known to be sisters! What gives ?

 

Haha! Locally they are now referred to FA Lane and WA Lane. (Fatass and Wiseass). As for loyalty; the fact that they are still employed proves that DK doesn't know about the information that FA and WA provided to the corporate auditors during the ongoing engineering corruption audits, or the meetings FA had with Stern to report DK's activities.

 

FA Lane has sure been quiet lately. He's got the Grifols religion and is distancing himself from his boss. He's hoping to replace DK when the Grifols engineering powers finally tire of his arrogant disregard for the coming culture change. FA is not making waves at all, and WA has been quiet too. Haven't heard any recent recommendations for WA to attend anger management training, and FA has been maintaining lane control.

 

DK will rule over the roost boys. DO you pee together too?

 

Now that JK and DM can not hide under MK skirt, do you think Sergi will send them packing with or without DK? Just one more triangulation left? DK has these two in the bag.

Idiots play iphones games and check their stocks options for all to see. When will "I have done it all , invented it all, and told you so DM go to the beach house we all know to much about go to the beach for good

What about Kippy? TOPR paint on the floor, PdM groups only worker let go, training is the two ladies and place holders. His direct hires must be out of a Harvard club.

The Lane Brothers are ok. The Koch Brothers scare the hell out of me!

 

The Lane brothers are out of control school yard bullies. They operate through intimidation and volume. They are working hard to dismantle the systems they see as getting in their way. Systems like validation and change control. The reality is that the biggest problems at the Clayton site are with project engineering. All their projects are over budget and behind schedule. They blame change control and validation, but when you really look past the Lane BS, you find equipment that didn't meet spec and was accepted anyway, you see commissioning that was not done, or so poorly done that it can't be used. The site put in SOPs over a year ago to allow use of commissioning data to satisfy qualification requirements, but the Lane brothers will not use it; they push everything into validation and then complain about how long it takes. FA refuses to add an engineering change control system so they won't have to use the plant system, then he complains that the plant system is too complex. Now the Lane brothers are campaigning with Sergi to get his support in undermining the quality systems. That suggests that the Lane brothers think that A) Mary was an idiot, or B) Sergi is an idiot.

 

Mary is the idiot. Sergi actually knows what's going on and how to actually run a business.

 

While I agree that Sergi is very knowledgeable, I don't agree that Mary is an idiot. One of mary's biggest failings is her inexplicable trust in DK. Otherwise, she is very good at what she does.

 

Remember, Mary had a little lamb. What does that tell you about her making the right choices?

 

FA complained about change control system and got a team formed to change the system. He and WA blame all their problems with running projects on the change control process, validation, quality, RA, r&d, and anyone else other than engineering. Those of us who have worked on these projects know better. The problem with most projects is in execution. Engineering accepts equipment that doesn't meet spec, equipment that fails pre delivery testing. Look at buffer prep. Way over budget, very late. They had to replace a tank because the manuf. Skipped steps in polishing. Equipment had to be returned because it was out of surface finish specs and accepted anyway. The new still failed to meet specs and was accepted. The new lyo was installed over 6 months ago and engineering still hasn't started commissioning. The funny thing about the meetings is that DK won't allow FA to attend. He is so disruptive and so difficult to deal with that DK told him he could not come after first meeting. Word is that the meetings are making good changes, but engineering is getting their asses kicked. Those of us who work on the projects can't wait for the changes!

 

FA just eclipsed WA! Could it be a failure to maintain "lane" control or the Bacon Club of America? Stay hungrey my friend!
