What Happened to AMA?

Im an office mgr for a client. We used to love AMA for their small company feel. I liked being on a first name basis with personal there but in the past year the customer service there has absolutely tanked. I cant see how theyll stay in business when they screw up every req we send them. We've had to switch to Labcorp. I'd like to know what happened and if there's a chance theyll turn things around.

 

Having serious financial trouble. Can't pay for reagents to run tests. Laying off people and closing draw stations left and right.

 

They have closed around 10 draw stations already in 2012. Not having reagents. Poor inexperienced reps that sit at the computer all day. Ask the reps their background and none have been in sales.

 

AMA ALWAYS BEEN #1 LAB AND WILL ALWAYS BE ,Get a life . SO WHO EVER YOU ARE ... YOU HAVE TOO MUCH TIME ON YOUR HAND.GET A LIFE, MAYBE YOU ARE OFF YOUR MEDICATION . OR MAY BE RAN OUT OF PEOPLE TO SCREW .. HUMMMM OR SOMEONE KEEPING ON A LEASH....

 

You are kidding right a #1 lab. Have you seen what is going on? Talk about being in the dark. I think you need meds if you work there.
