Why is Zavesca not approved for Niemann-Pick C in the US?

Three reasons:

- The clinical data is insufficient.

- In general Actelion can't run an effective study with valid out comes to save their lives, (or their patients) simply look at their list of failure over the past couple of years. And by the way the experts in the field can put a study together that would prove positive & significant end points but we chose not to engage them because it would cost too much, not enough ROI.

- The midget over seeing the brand is incompetent and doesn't have clue one about the clinical aspects of the product however he has misrepresented his title to customers several times suggesting that he is a physician. Don't believe it? All one has to do is go backand look at his previous emails, he used no less than 3 different titles.

 

I thought NPC was Rick Lee's failure?

 

That's right. Wasn't it Dr. Lee that designed the studies with unattainable end points as pointed out by the KOLs for NPC? Oh that's right it was the usual losers at Actelion that can't design a study to save their lives (or anyone with a disease for that matter).

We enjoyed Actelion when Rick was here. BTW the NPC failure is totally on the midget's resume.

 

Once again one of the Rick apologists coming to his defense. Yeah Rick was great. True professional in every sense of the word and very mature. Which one of the Founding Fathers in the first training class or new hires keeps sticking up for him? Get a life. Nobody cares about the past.

Rick has/had many friends at Actelion. When someone gets wronged I think his friends should stick up for him. The biatch in HR didnt! What a See You Next Tuesday...its like those power studies where they give the participants a little bit of control and they begin to abuse it. That is her exactly! I guess it is a good thing because her horseface and sloppy upperhalf is gross. As for Ricks defenders? Well it could be Rick himself, Hurd, Lew, Bo, JR, DD, JL, CA, BM
