We've never seen such a castration of muscle stim in 40 years. The IFC and TENS feel identical and the device retails $3,000.00 This is problably the dumbest business decision in a dying industry ever made. Rumor has it that a bio-engineering company has been hired to to check the validity of our IFC which is highly suspected of not being "true IFC" escpecially since it feels identical to the TENS. The warranty in the Instruction Manual says 3 year warranty on one page, and 5 year warranty on another page....there are many stipulations to not honor the warranty so why do we even provide one, unless it just "sounds good". Zynex isn't going to honor anything anyways and we can't even decide in our own manual whether it a 3 year or 5 year warranty. I just can rationalize why I want to continue working here and I hate answering questions that are unanswerable. The money is not worth it.

For Christ's sake -- ask the moderators to make a ZYNEX forum and do your crybaby shit there.

Please go away. If your company does not generate more than 5 million a year, we do not want to hear from you. We are not interested in a silly DME company.

You are correct. Stealing $400M from ill informed patients and patients is not silly-it's theft.

TENS is ancient technology. Whey you can buy this crap from an in-flight magazine, what purpose do you serve?

I just saw a similar item to TENS in Lillian Vernon magazine.
