I've been here a couple of years and have done well enough to be promoted a few times. Yeah it's been tough but I work hard and my efforts are recognized. I had a very good 2011 and got a 6% merit increase -- wooo hooooo! Sure I would like to be promoted to DM but until then I will keep selling Compass and those Jak Toos. The one thing the company could do is include those Novartis offerings like Gleevac and Tasignia for me to sell. Other than that all good.
Nobvartis is a company that is involved primarily in selling pharmacuetical products. They provide the resources that make Genoptix a great company. You don't want to sell drugs? You won't go far with that attitude. LH
