Balance billing patients is like shooting yourself in the heart. It will likely end in death. Once patients start complaining about the bills, the few docs ordering the test will stop ordering. If you send these patient bills to collection, its over!

I don't know how to solve your money problems but this is not it.

Yes, you do. Sell services that will get paid. Don't take business that will not pay.
Or else you could offer to pay the services for all of your patients. that way the company gets paid for what they do (legal) and you can get what you want, no compaints.
