    I am interested in a position with Slate. How are the goals for 2012?
    How is the commission plan? Are the reps happy?

    Dude we were just sold, everyone is flush with coin. The comp plan sucks only about 40% actually make any dough. Reps are happy that we have an extra 50K to live off until the plug is pulled.

    Dont believe these fairytales that Bob would hang on until we sold 100 or 200 Million in pellets per year. We do about 25 million which considering our size is good results and that its a generic product. We still have reimbursement issues and no time like the present.

    I find it hard to believe Slate sold $25 M in pellets. Testim has an 18% and does $110 mill.
    So you are saying Slate has a 4-5% market share? No way.

    You are a fucking idiot. The testosterone market is a billion $+ market and growing. Testim may have an 18% of the gel market-maybe 25% of the transdermal space-who knows- and who cares. A gel is a gel is a gel is a gel. We sell about 25-30 million in pellets per year.

    This is why it is so easy to take business from you. You dont know your market. You compete for 30 days scripts-we want patients and procedures-which drives uro revenues-which is why docs like us.
