Is anyone else having issues getting a statement from State Street (1099R) form? As well, there is a W-2 on the W2Express - any clue as to what this is for? Is is approximately $2,500 but no one at the Benefits Center can confirm what is is for? (in 3rd year of retirement so definitely not earned income unless stock option $$). Seeking any feedback or ideas on what has worked for you. Thanks and hope life is good for you.

I am a few years further on in my retirement, but I do remember getting some additional revenue from AZ after being retired from AZ for a year or so. It was from additional money that they missed from my pension annuity amount when initually calculated it. The amount sent to me was a "catch up" check, and my future pension checks were adjusted for the corrected amount. I suspect that this was strictll State Street, knowing that AZ would have never informed me of their mistake.
I also received a bonus check (for about $1,200) over a year after my retirement, where to this day I've never had an explanation for (I never complained to management).

Yes. life has been good to me, thanks to my pension, IRA, and the memory of my great years with Stuart, ICI, and Zeneca. I try to forget AstraZeneca. Unfortunately, sometimes I can't.
My best to you and all the great people I have Known from Stuart.

Hi MR - good to see you are still around! Thanks for the feedback. You are right - I've gotten a couple of cks, savings bond over the last 3 yrs. The $$ showing on the W2 appears to be profits from stock - at least that is what I've discerned so far. As for State Street, no one there is very helpful (as you well know). Benefit rep called yesterday and said another retiree had questioned the W2 and she is still attempting to confirm. LOL It's just funny because if we had done our jobs that way, it would have been deep trouble.

So glad to be out like you - loved the co. til the merger and then downhill. So many super people over the years to work with that got shafted. Life is too short for grief like that. Fortunately, we were able to get out (I self I'd) with a pension and 401K.

    Take care.
