Has anyone stopped to do the math? Most reps did not get over 30 RX in January. 30 scripts means $390 for bonus??? Think about how hard you worked...is $390 worth it? I could get a second job paying minimum wage and make more than that. The sad thing is with 2 jobs (one minimum wage) I would still have a much better quality of life then this company. What was I thinking?
I'm pretty sure that anyone in their right mind is trying to find a way out of this hellhole. Working our asses off for no bonus? It's sad because as far as I know the reps they hired are great.... It's upper mgmt who have lost their minds. And really? The investors are figuring that out too. Maybe TW should take his 2.8 million dollar salary and give us some lunch money or bonus. Not that it would motivate anyone to stick around in this environment. Most of the reps they hired were very succesful in the past, and this just makes us all feel like 5 year olds with our heads up our asses chasing signatures. Enough already.
I just added up my scripts for January and so far this month according to early data. I am disgusted to say the least. Working my tail off for 786.?? No vacation, no life, micro managed to death. I wish OP never posted. I was happier in denial. I am leading my district in TRX right now for what? 786 flippen dollars!!!!!!! F*&* this. Tomorrow I am sleeping in. Fire my ass, I don't care anymore. This is not worth it.
