I've spent many years in biotech/pharma and this is the worst, most demoralizing NSM I've ever attended. Last month I would have estimated that half the sales force was actively looking to leave after they were paid their 2011 bonus. I think that percentage has now doubled.
would say the amount of folks looking for a company that treats them with respect and dignity has tripled. embarrassing to treat professionals like that...even prisoners get recreation!
