You know what? I feel bad for him and all the leadership under LS. She put them all in place so she can have someone to blame when shit goes bad. She runs the show and when her decisions Fuck shit up, she has the VPs and other leadership to blame. The leadership here do not make any decisions. LS makes all the decisions, sometimes without letting the leadership know. They are all just there for headcount and for taking the blame when her bad decisions screw things up. LS is garbage. A bad piece of garbage who has some people fooled. I though am not fooled. Just trying to get people to open up their eyes about what and who the real problem is here at Acorda. The other problem is Ron, but that's another story.
He has done much in his short tenure; =fired reps after they resigned =not had any impact on improving sales or morale =gave us BS business plans =a meeting next week, right after a holiday and when my kids start school =run off good people =his track record is public, he is a long time failure, likes to help sink companies. =promoted tired old faces, on and on and on. Someone told me he was out of work when he came here, we can see why.

i worked for her. a control freak! we all were worried that she would run back and throw us under a bus. She still continues to gossip and cut us down.
Kerry has a poor track record career wise. He is a shadow of LS and makes no movement or decisions when it comes to strategy or sales direction. When LS sees that the CHANGE must be made at his level........only then will things change. He hides and is a poor leader. LS - we need better than that. Please!
Did LS hire Clum? Who has Clum brought to the company? His team tells about his style. He seems very smooth and likeable to us in the office.
Shifty,suspect, image-conscious, good 'ol boy, selfish and superficial. That describes him. BW and KJ are totally unlike him and unlike each other....that speaks for his sales team. We shall see......
