Have seen a few marketing jobs posted recently for Merit in the corporate home office in Salt Lake. I'm happy with my current job but curious about the Merit atmosphere and wondering if I should apply. What's the average salary for Sr Product Managers? Bonuses? Annual increases? How does the pipeline look? How's the work environment? Sorry for the 20 questions, just don't want to take the time to go through the interview process and possibly leave something that I like without knowing the truth. Any info is very much appreciated.
