If staying with this Company was supposed to be so bad why are they giving workers at the Center's Production Worker level a 5% raise. Sure welose out on the Quarterly bonuses and PTO accrual is less but I thought the rumor was they are cutting pay.

Sucks just the same. Clock in, do ur job by the sop, get no asst by mgmt. They aren't trained to know anything on production level anyway. Clock out n do it all again tomorrow. I work part time and make a shitoad. Earned equal to an asst mgr last yr as full time......gotta love it. Now come June when they wanna cut my pay. I have a yr salary already put away.
