I notice Luitpold has a profit sharing program for employees. AIT does too. Only problem is company doesnt make money anymore. At least not enough to share with anybody. To bad really. They reduced our pay and our commission and probably still wont make any money to share. Execs will probably still get a bonus though.

Shut your trap. My base is over a $100K at Luitpold and they told me I would make over $200K with this launch there. Of course I'm very gorgeous and you are a car mechanic so go back into your blue collar neighborhood o.k. I'll call you when I need a tune-up on my B.M.W. little boy! This is where the big boys and girls play--o.k. sweetie.

So EO resigned, anyone know what the scandal is about??? Maybe failing to migrate changes in the industry, or he just saw the writing on the wall and bailed for a better opportunity. You have to imagine that he had a ton of our ESOP shares but that wasn't even enough for him to stick around...You know all the cut backs they made since the beginning of the year were bad when he finally bails on everyone. The Wellness positon in the corporate office is not longer a safe spot to be in now that he is gone. Talk about an expendable position that was never going to get the axe with him at the top. Not much is going well this year. This is just getting interesting!

I don't think you have your facts straight. Seriously, stop the gossip. I'm tired of all you new employees trying to defame the company and the successful people who work for it.

Wow, some of you are really pathetic. AIT is a strong company. Yes there have been bumps in the road as there are with any company but overall, it is great healthcare company with a strong future. Most of you sound like a bunch of has-been ex-pharma reps who are bitter that you are not dignfied enough to work for such a good company. The rumors about the harassment and HR issues are false. The company still offers competitive pay, amazing healthcare and 401K benefits and a leadership team that cares about their employees.

They aren't false, and there are many of us who know that they are not false. Please don't try to diminish the seriousness of the harassament issues.

In regards to the rest of your post...I agree, and feel mostly the same that you do, but please don't disregard the harrassment.

Talking to them about a position but very uncertain about the recent cuts and haven't been able to get a clear answer as to how many of the "100" employees were from the sales organization. Also just notice that the founder transitioned the CEO role to Ron Thieme. Does anyone have any experience with him or his leadership style? Any ideas on his ability to navigate the "tough healthcare environment" they referenced in their press release announcing the cuts?
