Just got his email. Great guy. Tough to think of without him. One of the best for sure. Man, what is up with this place anymore?

 

Have you not figured it out that the only people that matter at this organization are the people up top with hundreds of thousands of options?

If they truly cared about the culture and people of Santarus, great people would not continue to leave at this rate.

Must I remind you that this organization has never hit its sales goal in 8 years? How can the VP of Sales, VP of Training, VP of Commerical Ops and Head of Marketing keep their positions? In any other company, courageous changes would have occurred years ago.

Guess how many changes in management will occur when Glumetza and Cylcoset do not meet goal, in fact miss goal by over 40-50%? Answer: None

Any way to get glumetza or cycloset covered? Rejections galore every day.

 

Best way to get those 2 drugs covered is two hand out samples and write generics for both.

They struggle to find a spot for anyone. Tom Joyce = Moron. I mean really? He is by no means a marketing guru or genius. Learning on the job doesn't exactly help a new company get moving.
