It is clear turnover at ISTA is ridiculously high... Can you name a DM that has more than a majority of her reps with less than 2 years tenure....PATHETIC BITCH!
actually yes- look at the south east region- who actually won it all last year. they treat their reps as adults! maybe the other RSDS will learn from them the DSMS follow the RSDs... Also we got rid of a lot of people that shouldnt have been hired in the last launch!
I guess another 50 reps this year. I think at next year's national sales meeting if you were here 3 years you should get a medal. Like a purple heart but it will be called the dumba$$ heart.

Our manager sends us countless emails that are 3-4 pages long nightly and on weekends about bla bla bla that you lose focus you can't even read them anymore. Makes reps cry and others just continuously hate them with their weak attempt of continuous passive aggressive ststements. I wish they would go take management 101 and spare us all in the district before 5 more leave again. Simple. Please go take a management 101 class, 2012 VERSION.
my dm rides 5 times a year. Not 5 trips to my area. But 5 days a year. Not sure what he does the rest of the yr
The real issue is the Southeast region is #1 and always will be. We know how to win and we can back it up with the way we party. People from home office can't even keep up with our drinking.
Most of the management here couldn't manage their way out of a paperbag. I think we all realize that the strength of this company is the reps. Just callin' it the way I see it. James
