Why wouldn't you work tomorrow? Do you really want to give either company a reason to get rid of you? It's not a done deal yet, even if it was, do you really want to start off on the wrong foot with new company?

Fine with me. I'll take it easy for awhile with all my options fully vested and you can take over my territory with our products and see how easy it is actually selling for a change. I predict you'll be begging B+L to hire me back within 2 weeks. Otherwise, when Bromday & Bepreve tank in your territory, it won't be my fault because it happened on your watch.

 

ISTA has some good people...most of the reps are stand up people. But the management (DM's and especially RM's) are complete scum. RM's way to coach the reps = off-label, buy a gift and expense, pretty much anything that is illegal.

Scum bags...have fun trying to find another RM job.

Have to say the DMs are the worst and will NEVER get jobs at places past reps have landed! Enjoy that search! There are hundreds out there just laughing at you.

 

May be partially true, not all reps will get a job. Very few actually
