This is so weird.....I havent felt excited about the job after I left my job and then I see these other comments. Was I the only one that thought the last interview was a bust? I was so ver disappointed. I believe in signs. Tonight, my decision is made. I will stay at my crappy job till something better comes along. Not ready to go back to primary care anyway.

From my experience with newly launch specialty drugs, Humana is the worse. So taking a job for a new product in any other company will be a pain with Humana. So this drug is no different than any. Humana just sucks!!!

No formulary coverage + low access budget + big pharma micromanagement + >$1,000/month = disaster.

Just ask the Avanir folks how their launch and numbers are going.

Curious, half the people in the final interviews are from Avanir, what makes them think then that this opportunity here is going to be any different/better? Are they just checking out this opp, or are they serious about leaving b/c the outlook here is SO much better then currently?

The other half are from Lundbeck...disgruntled folks there, what makes them think they will be happy at Chelsea?

So if this is gonna be another Avanir then why would any of the reps @ finals interviews leave there to come to the same thing here? And take a paycut probably!....OR are many of them turning down the offers if they get them?...

I am sorry to hear that so many people think it is a crapy job. Just because the salaries are low and it is no company car and the launch is set to fail, hopefully the unemployed out there can ride it for a few months before it ends. I do understand that nobody currently employed will make the move but they did tell me I am currently there plan A and have booked my flight for next weeks event in atlanta but at this time feel I should back out. They have just come clean to me that it is a majority Primary care role.

Everyone was right. Even if thebdrug eventually approves, it will be marred with a huge blackbox warning. The very earliest now will be a year from now if they are lucky....but who would want to sell it now? Now all the managers that have been hired on will all lose their jobs too.

I don't know if you are joking, but all you have to do is read the news on yahoo finance. Enter ticker symbol CHTP. This happened a few days ago. Drug reps crack me up
