They are adding 18 market access account executive positions the positions are all titles the same, but each geography has different needs to fill The positions have multiple touch points in all areas of market access. Thee are no National Account Managers....each one of these positions if it is located where a national account exists, then you are the account manager for that national account. So if you are a NAM looking to come here and have extensive experience with a national account, but reside outside of this national account....you are not a candidate. A weird structure Also one Sr AE position is not the same as another, and do not expect the recruiting agencies to understand that.......As we all know each region and location has different account matrix and some have a great deal of contracting and some do not.......some are affiliated heavy with national account coverage, but the contracting location is in a whole other part of the country Also be prepared to educate the agencies that there is no such thing or highly minimal contracting done at the medicaid level....it is a policy and drug or device review primarily...... In summary you will learn much more by speaking to Otuska directly if you get a chance. Post on line and avoid the agency!
Where do the account managers fit into the org chart? Do they report to a District Manager or are they under a managed markets division? Simply trying to get an understanding of the companies structure.
Try asking for an org chart. I'm sure there isn't one in print. It use to be that the VP of MM reported directly to the President and the sales team had no authority over the MM team. However, there is some accountability to the sales team but it is probably handed at the VP level.
Did you ask this question in all seriousness?? Have to be kidding me?? You obviously would never be in consideration for this job, and have zero clue of the pharma industry AM reporting to a DM hahahahahahaha
The market access jobs just posted on company's website 3/28. What/ when were the round robin interviews in Nj? Very qualified market access rep who was recently displaced. Posted my resume directly to company website but now I am disappointed to know that these position may have already been "given" out! Serious replies only...
Individuals have already been identified and the process is moving forward for offers. You might get a call if offers are not accepted. Internal candidates have already been moved into these positions.
Sirry you were displaced. Princeton nj last week over 50 market access people interviewed. No feedback as of today. They are still posting for the positions so you might still have a chance. They were working with a recruiter but no offers coming back out as of yet. I know if four in the process and no one has feedback. Good luck Ps. There are many good qualified people out there and many not displaced. So relax your temper. Finding a new job is a journey
A lot of "yea man" "Cool" "allright cool" phrases in the interview.....Not sure how to read all the cool dude stuff.....
You need to be an ex-Pfizer or affirmative action club member to get hired at this "me too drug" shop. The incompetent leagcy of Pam Harris lives on!
