6326 How's it Going?

I guess they sure had some of us fooled. Turns out they are just like every other pharma company. Never felt overly warm and fuzzy, but I at least thought that they tried to do the right thing by us most of the time. I need to remind myself that this is what is to be expected on a contract. I don't think anybody was miserable before April 11. In the week since I don't sleep, I don't eat not motivated and it sucks!

 

You guys who are complaining are the miserable ones. Show me one company where anyone has made such a huge bonus for just an 8 month stint. Keep working. May be you will have a chance to get rehired.

I am very thankful for the time I had and money I earned during my time on this contract. But I never thought it would be a long term solution. I am not even sure if there is a solution this time in the pharma industry. I will do what it takes to not burn bridges at quintiles on the off chance that a position opens up. But I do believe the writing is on the wall.
