If you were fired or signed a severence package then you can never go back but I did hear from my SM that they may change that RIF termination agreement to allow many instate workers to be allowed to come back to work at ARI. The state of RI may force them to do so or face much higher taxes and utility rates in the near future. The state is facing a nasty unemployment problem and Amgen is in the crosshairs.

They are paying less state income tax than the Burger King 5 miles away but produce over 4 billion a year of products?

it is sad what ARI managers do to the staff, it is a site run by fear no respect, this is no way to run a company. ARI management will get what is coming to them one day. now they don't lay off, just fire people, great company ethics.

I can see them doing that, screw someone over then ask them to come back, come on, in the last 2 years I have seen soo many firings, it is just ridiculous now

this place is a sewer, those managers (in name only) are the worse in my 10 yr career, bunch of back stabbing a--holes. If the economy was better no one would work there, ARI is making quite the name for themselves

so who decides who gets fired? exec. director of that dept? I mean I know they need a certain head count-but come on sometimes those dummies fire pretty important people, it seems they just fire someone if they don't like them-morons.
