    what is Stewart's mailing address?i want to send an anonymous, certified letter so that he knows how management has been treating the field nurses.do u give exit interviews to nurses?try a 360 degree anonymous management eval that is avail to stewart and val. stewart and val, then u will really know how nurses are mistreated and treated like teenagers. i don't even treat my teenagers like this. i respect them. talk to the last nurse. i heard her manager is difficult to work with and need management training. SH does not know how to talk to people. yes, people are interviewing with novartis because they don't want to deal with SH's $^%&*.

    i agree with u. i heard we lost a great nurse because she was a freethinker. she loves her patients.her manager needs confidence building courses and classes that teach respect.she is so unsure of herself that she has to scare her nurses to follow her leadership (no leadership).your nurses are leaving and val will want to know why.maybe the they will talk to the team of nurses who choose to stay.

    SH will protect her. she is SH's sweet baby.AR will scare SH and then sH willhave to follow her leadership (no leadership).i have a crazy manager; not a a manager who uses fear to manage.i can deal with her.GK i would leave too if i had to deal with that *+^(^.

    HELP US!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!We r not being treated with respect.is there a labor board that can address some of our issues???????????????????????????????

    You work for Innovex and expect to be treated with respect?!?! You picked the wrong company. Face facts people, the days are numbered. SH could cares only about herself, nothing else matters, never will.

    After years of working for Susan and her craziness there are still people here and complaining over the lack of respect and ethical treatment. By now we all know that the way anything run with MSLL is a sham. Look the quality of MSLL support in Rockland declined when Eileen and Karen realized they could make money by targeting and firing people they either didn't like and had no use for and then hire people they knew or their friends knew to get an employee referal bonus. People aren't hired and fired based on performance. It's who your friends are. Susan and Innovex would gladly eat their own young to make numbers and get billable services in place. We all know that. It's not a shock. The leadership for MSLL will cannabilize anyone or anything to make their numbers get their bonus and look like a hero. They will raise their arms high in triumph even as MSLL is finally shut down and everyone is let go. that's the way of the world. We all know this. Honestly nurses are lucky because they have a valued skill set to look for other work. The call center folks are screwed when they are either fired or realized the ship sank and there is no life boat for them.

    BLAME HENRY AYRES!! He has driven the place into the ground even worse since his arrival. His pompus, holier than thou demeanor reduces morale, and he has made changes than are not in the best interest of the customer. Its more about numbers instead of patient care. Pathetic.

    The opinion of anyone that has had the pleasure of working for Henry isthat he is a pompous blowhard idiot. He manipulates numbers and doesn't care about people whether it's customers or employees. He's a selfish manipulative self righteous jackass. He has a team of managers that are spineless and manipulative and willing to fight to the death to see which one can wedge their head further up his @$$. Anyone that works under this management team shoyuld be very afraid and ultimately work tofind a new job and get away from that God awful mess. Seriously you're better served delivering pizza than staying chained up under that group. It's just not worth it. The fact that MSLL hasn't just been outsourced shows that upper management has no clue about delivering service and has blindly left a self serving maniac at the helm to crash at will.

    Clearly, you have worked for Henry. He is a very damaged individual. The fact that he has been able to keep his job, is a testimony to the extreme incompetence the Merck family
    accepts as leadership. There is really nothing to be proud of in this organization.....just a bunch of desperate dysfunctional people who can't get hired anywhere else. Sad really, they all think the patients are the sick ones.
