It looks like ther are backfills/very small expansions of the Abbott 7067 contract started last fall.
it's 7067. they just had to change the number for some reason. i'm on this contract and they told us about the number change friday on a conf call...
abbott; primary care; trilipix, tricor, niaspan, simcor. 55k-60k base plus bonus. 650 car allowance plus gas card.
inteviewed for this, but would have been a step backward, in pay, benefits, you name it. these are backfilled positions with 0 chance of rollover. contract has been ongoing since 2008 so extension chances are good but fenofibrate, simva. and niacin strikes me as old technology with alot of generic and $4 co-pay competition. Abbott training is very demanding, I've seen people sent home. Its "big pharma" without any of the percs. I wouldn't take it unless I was desperate and even then I'd keep looking.
this is the first contract i've ever been on. my manager is great-super laid back. however, two friends i went through training with have more "hands on" managers. lol. it's like any other company. it's all about the manager you get. i got lucky.
