Millenium/Empower

    As far as I know, this software is the most popular CDS in most of the pharma industry, whether they use Waters or Agilent hardware (or anyone else's). From my perspective, visiting labs, it looks like it is shaking down as the industries' standard.

    Unless it has been totally upgraded, as a former occasional user, it sucks. Software project that was controlled by programmers who didn't listen to or bother to obtain user input. Took me ~10x as long to learn than Micromass\Sciex\Agilent software

    Wow. Then I wonder why it is that most of the pharma industry seems to be standardizing on the Waters software?

    Waters owns the CDS industry in pharma. Millenium/Empower is the standard.

    Just about every lab I go into is using it so it must be working. The guy earlier on thread complaining about how complicated it is must either be pretty dumb or an Agilent sales rep.

    I hust have to add I miss the old days of masslynx. It was very vesital when it was micromass. Loved the waters mass/spec with HP stack.

    Great mews is new Analytical Training Lab standardizes on waters innovative technologies for workers to improve there skill and make them more educate and train.
