Wow! I just looked on LinkedIn to see who was left standing at SM - there is only one person from the west coast team left standing that I recognize. Wouldn't you think if it was such a great company, product, management team you would stay? I feel bad for my old clients - they have had 4 reps in 2 years in my old territory......gotta get a clue. Gotta get that "relationship" between management and HR broken up for any type of tenure for employees on the West.
I don't know who that joker is - I was in Northern Cal - had a great territory - grew it, hit numbers just couldn't stand the idiot sales manager. That is why when I looked on Linked In and saw only one (great rep) from our team, I knew after 2.5 years nada has changed. And it's too bad. Again, I feel for the doctors and offices more than anything.
