Colcrys Q2 Bonus

How can we get a copy of that bonus structure/letter? call hr?

I want to make sure we get bonus we earned if we leave before august. I asked hr... but they have not responded said they would look into it

 

TThe whole thing is that whatever existing letter that there is out there is unclear and does not have the exact situation printed out (which is why there are various interpretations and much confusion going around).

 

This is the operative part of the Bonus Letter.

2. Employment requirements
 Employee must work through the end of the Bonus Period to be eligible to be paid for that Bonus Period.
 If the contract is concluded, a pro-rated bonus payout will be calculated for that period
