First, we have to "agree" that we are NOT entitled to incentive-compensation. Next, we're told that Quintiles can rescind payment at any time. Next, we're told that if we leave Quintiles before any payment is made, we don't get it, even though it was earned in good faith during a period of employment. Next, we typically get paid the quarterly I/C bonus weeks, if not a MONTH or more after Janssen reps. And we're told that we should give a damn about bonuses? Incentive? Incentive? This just incents me to not care about the incentive. Sometimes I wonder if the managers who are involved in this even stop to consider the messages they're constantly sending.
Why haven't we ever seen an IC letter showing us where we stand? I guess we're just supposed to believe we're being accurately incentivized. Janssen got their payouts last Friday, I'm still looking at February data on the one IC report we get.
Janssen reps get an accounting of the bonus they'll be paid PRIOR to the payout. Quintiles, on the other hand, seems to treat IC payouts as inconveniences.
Anyone else expecting a bonus today only to find out that we have to wait another 2 f....king weeks to get our bonus? What a load of bs we are dealing with on this contract, Novo take me away from this hell hole!!!!!
I have always received a breakdown of my bonus from my Q manager prior to payout. Haven't received anything yet for 1st quarter, though.
