BMS? You will be sorry, it has the most fucked up management in pharma

    I think it goes without saying that BMS leadership is vastly superior to Amylin's. What a sad statement!

    Not true. You are entering the anal micromanagement training ground for all pharma at BMS.

    I disagree, I've worked for BMS, Pfizer, and Sanofi and they all are the same... Big Pharma is Big Pharma, and they all are ruled by lawyers and butt kissers who love to talk big and act like they care but they really don't give a crap about the peons in the field. That said, BMS is no worse than any other pharma co so polish up your resume's because by 2013 we all will be fired.

    I've worked other pharma as well, have to agree with OP, BMS most fucked up.

    You just described the executive leadership of 99% of the corporations in The USA. They're also very good at sticking a knife in your back while smiling in your face. All that matters to them is that FAT paycheck, their bonus, stock options, and when their time comes, the golden parachute. And everybody at every corporation will be fired sooner or later. (Except the execs, they get to stick around and collect those big pay checks)
