Wow - Both Zewe and H.H. blasted Quest today on Linked in, followed by 20 comments agreeing with them. H.H. is one of the most respected directors in the company, and the industry, - Zewe was one of the highest ranking members of the SMT. Both said the company does not value employees, and it is a miserable corporate culture.
Just another retread with his same old ideas that lost his last job. Give him a year and you will agree with me. Been there, done that ....
Went back to re-read the thread. I agree; the new CEO's focus needs to be on customer service and employee satisfaction. Never mind all the lab acquisitions; just concentrate on what you have to work with.
