She is not that bad. Just don't cross her. She will go after you as if your life depended on it. Be very careful with her. Do not trust her.
obviously, you have not worked for her long. the problem with her is that you never know when she may feel crossed. it doesn't take much to make someone in the district the target of her madness because she has some type of psychological problem- bipolar or depression of some sort mixed with an over inflated ego. because she is medicated now and duplicitious, it will take you a six months to get to know the real person. Did she ever find a new job? I've worked for a lot of people in the past and she was by far the worst manager ever! The worst PERSON for that matter. The only person she cared about was herself. A manager is supposed to help teach, train, motivate and build a team. Everything she did was the exact opposite. The funniest thing about her is she thought she was born to sell, but that was actually her poorest trait. We would always have to do "damage control" in our offices on the next visit.
