Well the 70 are at the very least working and generating TRxs.

 

I am very excited about this chance.

I know Quintiles has my best interest in mind.

I am fully on board and dedicated to this.
Can't wait to see the fat Takeda bonus I get.

Will Takeda hire the vacman reps? Are they allowed to or are you just being used as a pawn?

 

Morons, this is a way for quintiles to get more life out of the already dead contract. Nothing more.. If it was about the rep then most of you wouldn't have even been chosen. Zip code specific

 

Seriously, you don't understand this. Quintiles has no place for you. Do you see any new contract positions posted? Maybe they get paid something if Takeda hires you, maybe they don't. The bottom line is you don't have many or any options with Quintiles right now.

 

I hope takeda will do the "right" thing by all of the vac man people versus using them for 6 weeks and offer them a solid job!! I can imagine all the stress you guys must be under. wish you all the best!

 

Looks like the big Q is just using the Vacancy Mgmt salespeople to try and snag a future contract. Nothing more than that. Out of 70 or so I doubt 5 get permanent gigs with Takeda. If they wanted those reps they would have hired for the vacant area already. Shame on you Quintiles.

Here's the deal. The 70 of you got screwed. You have to work.
The rest of us got screwed. We can apply for other contracts but won't get hired because Q can bill Takeda!

Totally false. I have know of a few who have been hired and are starting on 7/24.

 

Yep VM reps did get screwed majority of reps will not be hired on. I had a lot of respect for Quintiles up until now. But I feel pimped!

There is such a lack of communication between Takeda managers and Quintiles managers, I don't even see the purpose of the quintiles manager other than to approve the TWO expense reports that we will complete.

Stick a fork in me, I am so done.

 

This was a plan to keep a channel of communication between Quintiles and Takeda. Hoping that Quintiles can convince Takeda that they need a future contract with Quintiles much like the Abbott contract. I don't think it's working.
