Recently got hired for a job in Phama and they have asked for me to do a pre employment drug test. I have no issues in giving it but though this was against the law in Canada. Anyone else ever came across this?
Ok, what is your point? You agreed, you passed it you are hired. In today's hard times jobs like yours do not grow on trees. Most likely hundreds applied for it and you won the lottery. So STFU and do what your crooked co will tell you to. Read some of these treads and see what is waiting for you. If you have the guts for it and can look the other way you'll do fine. This is not an "ethical" biz as they claim to be so you must be as crooked as they are at least to make it. Now if you are honest enough and can not take the orders that will be loaded with illegal shit, stick around as long as you can or find something else. In the meantime collect the evidence of illegal shit the do (offlabel promo, bribery and other misconduct they do routinely) so if and when they go after your ass you'll have some heavy shit on them so they may even pay you off to keep your mouth shut. Someone calls this biz bigpharmafia and it is not for nothing. Remember they ain't your friends and will be nice to you only for as long they need you. If you follow the advice and collect the evidence on them you'll be in the driver's seat when they come to you with and axe. So don't worry about the illegal test they did on you that is the smallest illegal shit they do. More to come on daily basis.
